Anne qualified in 1983 and has been a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel since 1987. Anne is authorised to act on behalf of children in care proceedings and is respected for her caring approach to all matters which concern children and their wellbeing.
Anne Yeshin, a partner is on the Law Society Children Panel and also sits as a Deputy District Judge.
A dedicated family person, she enjoys relaxing with her family and in order to balance her professional life, participates in walks that raise awareness and funds for Breast Cancer charities.

Lorraine qualified in 2002 and joined the team at Kennard Wells in 2003.
Her specialities include Family and Housing Law and she has a particular interest with respect to Non-Molestation Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders and application for re-entry in cases of unlawful eviction.
Her pro bono work includes supporting Stratford Citizens’ Advice Bureau and a telephone advice line for Rights of Women.

Mazhar qualified in 2010. As an experienced residential property law specialist, he ensures fast and efficient delivery for all property matters whilst ensuring clients are fully protected and safeguarded.
Mazhar practices in Litigation and is also a highly-respected family law solicitor. In addition, he is experienced in dealing with matters surrounding Islamic divorce including Talaq, Khulla and resulting financial claims.
Mazhar regularly provides pro bono advice through trusts and charities. He enjoys travelling and has travelled for charitable causes in Asia and other parts of the world.
